The energies this week are very ethereal, miasmic and transitional. BUT we need these times to recalibrate ourselves and come back into alignment with our Body, Mind and Planet.

This week I encourage you to be the observer of your thoughts and allow yourself some time to reflect. Be very conscious of the content you are consuming, both mental and physical! Notice what feels good for you and what does not. With Mercury still retrograde we have an opportunity to reset and calm our mind and body.
